Starting in technical support and progressing through project management, support management and consultancy, Kelly was well positioned to become a supplier and trusted adviser to many clients to start MSS IT. Current responsibilities are new business development, account management, service delivery, vendor management and making sure our customers are getting are what they need when they need it. Kelly also drives strategy around Managed System Services product offerings and initiatives with the General Manager.
